A conceptual intervention in the barren landscape of an abandoned limestone quarry. The imagined device consists of three parts; an array of sensors to observe and detect movements, presences, living things that visit the quarry, and gradual changes in the landscape over time; an armoured enclosure in which the information is processed for storage, and a time capsule in which the information is stored for retrieval in the far-distant future.
