This interior project provides a new workout area and laundry facilities for the residents of Broadview Mansions, a classic Toronto brick apartment building with a vintage feel.
Retro design cues relate the new spaces to the character of the original building, while new air conditioning, lighting, access control and corridor glazing improve comfort and security.
