Helen Towers – Micro Office

This new super-compact building management office was created within an existing lobby at Helen Towers in Scarborough.

The new space is compact and functional, providing private work space for the building manager and a place to have personal meetings with clients. Existing architectural features of the space such as the terrazzo floor pattern, bright natural light and architectural planter were retained and used to best advantage in the finished project.
