This project creatively adapted an existing retail interior to become a boutique cupcake bakery in an upscale neighbourhood of Toronto, complete with displays, preparation area, specialized baking equipment and dedicated cupcake icing stations. Tori & Cate’s offers specialty baked goods suitable for everyone – including those with special dietary requirements and preferences.
