Through thoughtful design, a utilitarian basement was transformed into a suite of complementary spaces for building residents.
Glass was used to create visual openness, and colour for visual energy. A new gym was carved out of storage space, and an existing laundry room was renewed. In addition a new barrier-free washroom was provided to complement the other spaces, and new finishes were provided throughout the corridors and elevator lobby.
