Noel was part of an Urban Art Walk in early December. The concept was to gather together a few friends that were interested in learning more about the City’s public art. Each person researched a single artwork and relayed what they learned as we walked around a central part of the downtown core. It was a blistery, cold day, but camaraderie and hot tea helped to make the artwork come alive. Thanks to Katherine Jarno for her organizational prowess and to Kamyar Khozeimeh for a few of the photos!
