A new social room and gym for the residents of Valencia Towers, a vintage apartment building originally built without indoor amenities.
The building’s existing corridors were reconfigured to allow these new uses to be added. In addition to the social room and gym, the improvements also include new finishes throughout the basement level, new glazing for views into the new spaces from the corridors, and a new accessible washroom for the residents and their guests.
